If I were to encapsulate the human problem with one statement, it would be this: We believe that thought will get us out of the mess that thought has created. Which means the real answer to our problem is the realization that thought does not solve this problem but, in fact, increases it.
The more aware, the less you think of yourself; because the more you see that this “me” is a structure made up of thought: It is false, so you see there really is no separation between people.
And, therein, in that realization, is attention, in wholeness, and truth.
